At The Mind Wellness Lab, we are passionate about helping individuals understand the science behind their behaviors and make meaningful mindset shifts. We recently partnered with Chumble, a startup dedicated to understanding people’s journeys with their habits and helping them build ones that truly stick.
We had the opportunity to speak with Chumble’s cohort, diving into how habits form in the brain, why certain behaviors become automatic, and what it takes to rewire patterns for lasting change. Through research-backed strategies and practical tools, we guided participants in developing habits that align with their goals and lifestyles.
